We
are in tour season and I am so excited! As you read in my last post, our local cemeteries have created so
many great tours and volunteer opportunities for locals and visitors to the Richmond Region. The cost of these tours range from $0-$15 so be sure to check each listing.
We
understand that not everyone can afford to take some of these tours. Fortunately, there are so many free options! Here are just a few:
- If you have a Smart Phone, Hollywood Cemetery has an online virtual tour. If you don’t own a Smart Phone, the Girl Scout’s Hollywood Guide is available through a PDF file.
- Shockoe Hill Cemetery has tour maps in the box at the front of the cemetery (closest to Hebrew Cemetery).
